Amar Senan
Amar Senan is an experienced investment banker with more than 30 years of experience advising CEOs and Boards of private and public companies on mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and private financings in sectors such as software, cybersecurity, IoT, wireless, broadband, energy and managed services.
He has advised startup companies from their Series A to exit stages, as well as private and public companies on IPOs, debt financings, and M&A.
Amar began his career as a software engineer with Ericsson before moving to business planning at Australian Airlines. He subsequently joined Wall Street where he provided equity research and investment banking services to emerging growth companies in software, communications, and cybersecurity. He also has operating experience at executive level in corporate development, marketing and finance at public and venture-funded Silicon Valley companies.
Amar has engineering degrees in Electrical/Systems Engineering from RMIT; a BSc in Economics from the University of London; and a Masters (International Business) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
