Amit Mujumdar

Amit Mujumdar is a Managing Director at Telegraph Hill Advisors where he focuses on M&A, growth capital raising, and strategic advisory for emerging growth and middle market software and tech-enabled businesses.

Amit has 20 years of technology investment banking and M&A advisory experience. Amit has closed dozens of transactions with the world’s largest strategic buyers and technology focused private equity firms across software, Internet and tech-enabled services.

His most recent work includes completed transactions in areas such as marketing technology, HCM, tech services and vertical SaaS (e.g., legal, automotive and real estate).

Prior to Telegraph Hill, Amit was a Managing Director at Alantra, a global mid-market investment bank focused on high growth and emerging technology companies. Previously Amit held senior technology coverage roles at Capstone Partners and Stephens.

Amit is originally from Montreal, Canada and holds a B.Com from McGill University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
