Over the course of his career, Bob has executed a wide range of transactions for such software companies with both publicly traded strategic buyers such as Commvault, Definitive Healthcare, Descartes, Salesforce, and Upland Software, and major domestic and international private equity backed acquirers.

Prior to joining Telegraph Hill Advisors, Bob was a Managing Director on the US enterprise software team of Alantra, a publicly traded global mid-market investment banking firm. Bob joined Alantra from Bowen Advisors, a Boston-based technology investment banking boutique. Previously, Bob was a founder and Senior Managing Director of Stonebridge Technology Associates where he provided investment banking services to a broad range of emerging growth technology companies.

Bob received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and graduated with an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College as a Tuck Scholar. When not spending time with his wife or three children, Bob enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, scuba diving, and traveling.
