Prior to co-founding Telegraph Hill Advisors in 2016, Dinesh was a Principal at Ridgecrest Capital Partners, where he was a top-performing member of the team and executed numerous transactions over more than five years. His experience spans a broad range of technology sectors, including AI/ML technologies, data analytics, IoT, network infrastructure and infrastructure management software, CSP software, and enterprise software.

Earlier in his career, Dinesh worked as a sell-side equity analyst covering publicly traded technology companies across IT hardware, semiconductors, mobile, and Internet sectors. He held roles at leading Wall Street firms, including Gleacher & Company (formerly American Technology Research) and Bear Stearns. At Bear Stearns, he was part of the firm’s San Francisco–based global semiconductor research team, which was ranked runner-up in the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team survey.

Originally from Hong Kong, Dinesh earned a BBA in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He has also studied at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) program.
