Phillip is Founder & Managing Partner of Telegraph Hill Advisors. He has more than 35 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, successfully managing a wide variety of strategic M&A and capital raising transactions for both leading and emerging growth technology companies.
Phillip started his career at Morgan Stanley before joining Montgomery Securities in San Francisco where he cut his teeth in technology investment banking. He was subsequently a Principal at Banc of America Securities and Partner at private equity firm Capstone Partners before leading BMO Capital Markets’ U.S. technology investment banking efforts and running Wedbush Securities technology investment banking. Phillip has an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College.
