Before founding Telegraph Hill Advisors, Scott was a Managing Director at Ridgecrest Capital Partners, where he focused on M&A and capital raising in the mobile, communications, and Internet sectors. Prior to Ridgecrest, Scott grew and led Wedbush Securities TMT research group and was a top-ranked sell-side equity analyst covering publicly listed technology companies in the mobile, communications, Internet, and media sectors, and where he was extensively quoted and active in the media including Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, and WSJ.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a CFA charter holder. He resides Hermosa Beach, California, is active in several non-profit organizations, and in his spare time enjoys surfing, skiing, sailing, biking, triathlons, hiking, travel, and cooking.
